My name is Kiwi Mills and I Started in 2007 as an accidental landlord ,rented a couple more units and  started focusing more on Real Estate in 2012. In 2013 I formed LLC with a business partner to start getting back in. Partner left shortly after so created a new LLC and been flying solo ever since. Mainly Buy and Hold and rent out properties as well as a couple Rehab and hold. 2020 moving back to St. Louis (my hometown ) after being in KS/KC for past 16+ years. Selling current properties and reacquiring.
